Data Deletion

This page explains how Jenora users can request deletion of their account and associated data, or request deletion of specific personal data without deleting their account. Jenora is operated by Neyda Technologies INC.

To request deletion, email privacy@jenora.com from the email address associated with your Jenora account, or include that account email in your message.

Delete Your Account and Associated Data

You can request deletion of your Jenora account and the personal data associated with that account at any time.

  • Email privacy@jenora.com.
  • Use the subject line: Jenora account deletion request.
  • Include the email address associated with your Jenora account.
  • We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the deletion request.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account within 30 days, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can also request deletion of specific Jenora data while keeping your account active. This may include journal entries, check-ins, mood logs, recovery or wellness reflections, health-related data, or other personal data stored in Jenora.

  • Email privacy@jenora.com.
  • Use the subject line: Jenora data deletion request.
  • Describe the data you want deleted as clearly as possible.
  • Include the email address associated with your Jenora account so we can locate the correct records.

We will respond to data deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. If retention is required, we will explain the reason when we respond to your request.

In-App Account Deletion

If you have access to the Jenora app, you may also be able to start account deletion from the app settings. The web request method on this page remains available for users who no longer have the app installed or cannot access their account.
