What Ori is

Most wellbeing apps give you a chatbot. Jenora gives you something more specific.

Ori is the support feature inside the Jenora app. It knows your personal plan — your values and your commitments — and responds to where you actually are, not where a script assumes you should be.

When you're working through something difficult, Ori can point you to the right tool at the right moment: a grounding exercise when you're activated, a thought-check when your mind is spiralling, your own plan when you've lost sight of it. When you check in, Ori responds to what you actually said.

What Ori is not

We think this matters as much as what Ori is.

Ori is not a therapist, and it doesn't pretend to be one. It doesn't diagnose. It isn't the expert on your life — you are. Ori exists to help you use your own system well, not to replace the humans in your life or the professionals who support you.
